Join us in the virtual courtroom as we re-enact a condensed version of the Jon Graul v Kansal trial which is reported at 2022 ONSC 1958.
In just 6 hours, we will highlight the most important issues in the case by re-enacting in-chief and cross examinations, using real witnesses in the Graul trial, including Jon Graul, lay witnesses, and medical experts.
Our plaintiff and defence counsel will be providing short commentaries on why they are questioning the witnesses in certain ways and will be providing tips for how lawyers can be more effective in in-chief and cross-examinations.
