January, for me, is a time to reflect on the past and also to look towards the possibilities that the year ahead may hold. This year, in particular, is a year of reflection.
After leading Will Davidson LLP as its Managing Partner for more than 20 years, it is now time to focus my legal practice entirely on personal injury litigation and on helping those who are most in need of experienced advocacy.
Michael Ellis, Gordon Marsden, Robert Seredynski and Bill Taberner who are all experienced trial lawyers have joined me in forming Will Trial Lawyers. We will continue to co-counsel with other lawyers on larger files or on matters that are headed to trial. We have a proven record of successful trial outcomes and we know what it takes to prepare a case for trial.
We are proud of the results we have achieved for thousands of clients and will continue to fight tirelessly for every single client, no matter how complex or difficult the case.
This new chapter means that I must say good-bye to my former partners of Will Davidson LLP, Paul Cahill, James Davidson, Chris Morrison and David Morin, who will be forming the firm, Davidson Cahill Morrison LLP. I wish them all the very best in their future endeavors.
This year, I celebrate my 40th year of legal practice and the 100th year of the history of Will Davidson LLP. I plan to celebrate these great milestones by sharing with you some of the legal adventures I have been fortunate to experience during my years at Will Davidson LLP. I hope you will follow my Twitter and LinkedIn accounts and subscribe to my newsletter in order that I can share some of these stories with you.
